Capital W

  1. Curve forward at cap height and slant down into the first baseline turn.
  2. Rise to the middle peak, descend and round the second baseline turn.
  3. Rise along the right side and curve over at cap height; lift before the next letter.

Small w

  1. Begin at the midline, slant down and round the first trough.
  2. Repeat for the second trough with even spacing.
  3. Rise to the midline, make a small checkstroke and finish its short high bridge.

Write wa, we and wi from the high exit, then ow. In word, always and window, make both troughs before the bridge.
