How to write M and m
Capital M
- Curve forward at cap height and slant down to the baseline.
- Rise into the first rounded shoulder and slant back down.
- Rise into the second shoulder, descend and finish with the small outward baseline turn.
Small m
- Overcurve from below the midline around the first shoulder and slant down to the baseline.
- Retrace into a second rounded shoulder and slant down again.
- Repeat for the third shoulder, then finish with its small baseline turn.
