Cursive F uses a lifted capital and two loops in the small form. Give the lower return room below the line in from, offer and fluff.

How to write F and f
Capital F
- Draw the small starting turn and curved top stroke, then lift.
- Start beneath the top stroke, slant down and round the baseline return.
- Finish the short inward return, lift and add the middle crossbar.
Small f
- Start below the midline and rise into the open top loop.
- Slant down through the baseline and round the lower loop.
- Cross the downstroke near the baseline and finish just above it.
TRACE & PRINT
Practice F, f and joined words
Keep the f lower loop below the baseline in from and fluff. Add the fi dot after the joined body, and leave space where the crossing stroke passes the stem.
