Capital N

  1. Curve forward at cap height and slant down to the baseline.
  2. Rise diagonally into one rounded shoulder, then descend to the baseline.
  3. Finish with the small outward baseline turn, keeping just one rounded shoulder.

Small n

  1. Overcurve from below the midline around the first shoulder and slant down to the baseline.
  2. Retrace into the second rounded shoulder, slant down and finish with the small baseline turn.
