Capital E
- Begin with a short turn at the upper-right of the capital band.
- Round the smaller upper curve and cross through its small middle loop.
- Round the larger lower curve and finish its short rightward sweep near the baseline.
Small e
- Start in the lower body band, rise to the midline and turn left into a small open eye.
- Slant down through the crossover to the baseline.
- Round the lower curve into a short rightward finish.
